AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: It is aimed to give the following topics to the students; a) Operation and application of the basic electronic elements: diodes and transistors b) Modelling and biasing of BJT and MOSFET c) Analysis of BJT and MOSFET amplifiers d) Design of BJT and MOSFET amplifiers
İçerik: Semiconductor materials and pn junctions, Diodes and diode applications, Rectifiers, Limiters, Voltage regulators, Bipolar junction transistors (BJT) and characteristics, Small signal model, BJT DC biasing circuits, BJT amplifiers, MOS Field effect transistors (MOSFET) and characteristics, Small signal model, MOS DC biasing circuits, MOSFET amplifiers, Operational amplifiers, CMOS inverter and its behavior

I. Define the working principles and applications of basic electronic circuit elements such as diodes and transistors. II. Can interpret small signal analysis on electronic circuits. III. It can realize voltage rectifier and corrective circuits. IV. Transistor amplifiers (BJT or MOSFET) can design applications.
