AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	It is aimed to evaluate and examine the health systems and health policies of countries with different socio-economic levels with a comparative perspective and, accordingly, to provide a perspective on health systems with new solution proposals.
İçerik:	Evaluation of health systems from past to present, Examination of national health policies and the factors affecting them, Examination of health policies and practices in Turkey, Evaluation of general health insurance implementation and Country models according to practices and their comparison.

To be able to define the concept of health system
Explain the different components of the health system
To be able to classify the basic components of the health system at national and international level
Comparing health planning and policies
Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of countries' health systems
To be able to evaluate the Turkish health system within the framework of Turkish health policy
To be able to analyze the health system of a country with its economic and social dimensions.
