Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersle öğrencilerin iletişim sürecinin genel işleyişini, öğelerini ve başarılı bir iletişim süreci için sahip olunması gereken özellikleri ve ders sonunda iletişim ile ilgili temel kavramlara aşina olarak etkili iletişim kurabilen bireyler olmaları amaçlanmaktadır.
