OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to enable students to have knowledge about Turkish Cinema History.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include directors, screenwriters, actors, cinematographers, film festivals, film screening locations and professional associations relating to the cinema sector.

Tell the characteristics of different periods in the history of Turkish Cinema.
Compare the directors, actors, screenwriters and cinematographers of Turkish Cinema.
Classify film screening locations in Turkey.
Define the functions of professional associations in the Cinema Industry in Turkey.
Defines important names and films in the history of Turkish cinema.
