OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, yararlı ve zararlı mikroorganizmaları tanıtmak, oluşturdukları hastalıklar konusunda bilinçlendirmek, mesleki işlemler öncesinde cildi, deriyi ve eklerini dikkatli analiz edebilmek, sterilizasyon kurallarıyla korunma yöntemlerini geliştirmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Mikrobiyolojiye Giriş, Mikrobiyolojinin Tarihçesi,Bakteri, Virüs, Mantar, Parazit Genel Özellikleri,Vücudun Normal Mikrobiyal Florası, Dezenfeksiyon , A ntisepsi ve Sterilizasyon, Sterilizasyon ve Dezenfeksiyon Yöntemleri, Hava Kaynaklı Enfeksiyonlar ve Etkenleri, Yara ve Deri Enfeksiyon ve Etkenleri, Yara ve Deri Enfeksiyonları ve Etkileri, Cinsel Yolla Bulaşan Hastalıklar ve Etkenleri, Kan ve Kan Bileşenlerinin Transfüzyonu ile Bulaşan Enfeksiyonlar, El Hijyeni, Bildirimi Zorunlu Hastalıklar Genel Tekrar

Mikroorganizmaların yapıları hakkında bilgi sahibi olur ve karşılaştırma yapar
Sağlıklı insan vücudunda bulunan ve organizmaya zarar vermeden yaşayan mikroorganizmaların bilgisini özetler
Enfeksiyon kontrol programının temel unsurlarını ifade eder
Mikroorganizmaların dezenfektanlara olan direnç seviyelerini dikkate alarak uygun sterilizasyon ve dezenfeksiyon yöntemlerini yaşamın her alanında gerçekleştirir
Bireysel ve toplumsal sağlığı korumada bilinçli davranış sergiler
Deride meydana gelen enfeksiyon hastalıklarını tanımlar
Mikroorganizmaların neden olduğu cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklarını tanımlar
Bireysel ve toplumsal sağlığı korumada el hijyenine dikkat edebilme, önemi doğrultusunda farkındalık oluşturur
Türkiye ve Dünya’da bildirimi zorunlu hastalıkları ifade eder
