OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: By installing current open-source operating systems, it aims to provide proficiency in the use of open-source operating systems and enable management operations.
Contents of the Course Unit: Open Source Operating System Structure, Basic Desktop Concepts and Operations, File System and Working Logic, Open Source Operating System Basic Tools and Applications, Basic Network Programs and Network Settings, Internet Connection, Basic User and Group Operations, Open Source Operating System Editors, Program Installation and Updates, Shell Operations, File and Directory Sharing.
