OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Masaj dersi; masaj teoriğinin kazandırılması, ve edinilen bilgileri kullanarak uygulamaya geçirilmesini amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Masajın tanımı ve tarihçesi, masaj tekniklerinin pratik uygulamaları, masajın genel prensipleri, mekanik, fizyolojik, refleks ve psikolojik etkileri, alt ekstremite masajı, üst eksteremite masajı, sırt masajı, bel masajı, boyun masajı, yüz masajı, karın masajı, sporda masajın kullanımı

Masaj yöntemleri ve tekniklerinin refleks, mekanik, fizyolojik ve klinik etkileri hakkında temel bilgileri açıklar.

Masaja kontrendike olabilecek patolojileri açıklar.
Tedavi masajını uygular.
