OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | To use the all knowledge gained in Nutrition and Dietetics education on the literature survey and the laboratory works of a selected topic. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | To make an extensive literature and market survey on a topic approved by the department including experimental study in the laboratories, or participating in an already existing project. To prepare a final report at the end of the semester. |
