OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to learn the general pathological changes that cause disease in the living organism on a cell basis, to evaluate the formation (pathogenesis) and causes of these pathological changes, to recognize the macroscopic changes that occur in tissues and organs, and to have a general idea about the microscopic changes.
Contents of the Course Unit: General pathology topics such as circulatory disorders, cell differentiation disorders and adaptation, inflammation, healing and transplantation, disease causes, cell damage, immunopathology, developmental disorders and tumors.
