OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to introduce perfusion devices and to gain knowledge and skills related to effective use of these devices.
Contents of the Course Unit: Heart Lung Machine, ECMO Devices, IABP Devices, CARDIOHELP devices, IMPELLA Devices, Mini Cardiopulmonary bypass devices, Robotic devices, ACT devices, VAD Devices, Total Artificial Heart Devices, Perfusion simulator device orpheus, Pace-Maker Devices, Perfusion device manufacturer and organizations, Portable Cardiopulmonary Support, Devices and materials used in cardiac surgery
