OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
It is aimed to provide information about the characteristics of the cardiac patient, anesthesia applications in the approach to the cardiac patient, and the basic concepts of anesthesia. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Characteristics of the cardiac patient, anesthesia applications in the approach to the cardiac patient, basic concepts of anesthesia, premedication, monitoring, anesthetic drugs, anesthetic approaches in different types of cardiac surgery, hemostasis, heparinization, blood preservation techniques, emergencies |
