OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	To provide students with fundamental concepts of management and organization; to teach the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling; and to develop their ability to analyze decision-making, leadership, motivation, and communication processes within organizations.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Introduction to management and organization; management approaches; management functions; organizational structures and organizational design; authority, responsibility, and delegation; decision-making; leadership and motivation; organizational communication; team and conflict management; change and crisis management; ethics and sustainability.

Explains the fundamental concepts of management and organization, management functions, and management approaches.
Analyzes organizational structures and the relationships between authority, responsibility, and delegation.
Evaluates decision-making, leadership, motivation, and communication processes from an organizational behavior perspective.
Develops systematic solution proposals for managerial problems under conditions of change and crisis.
Applies management and organization principles to operations management, team coordination, safety (SMS), and quality management processes in aviation organizations.
