Objectives of the Course Unit: | To enable students to define the fundamental principles of flight theory, recognize the types of air vehicles, and broadly understand the structural and aerodynamic characteristics of these vehicles. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | History of air vehicles; theory of flight; characteristics and classification of flying objects; basic concepts; main components of air vehicles; the standard atmosphere; and the fundamental principles of flight. |
