OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The Aviation Regulations course aims to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge of aircraft, component and instrument certification, continuing airworthiness, maintenance programs and national and international requirements. This course emphasizes the importance of maintenance and certification processes within the framework of aviation safety and regulations.
Contents of the Course Unit: The course covers aircraft certification and how to obtain related documents (airworthiness certificates, registration, noise certificates, etc.). Part-21 and EASA certification specifications are examined. In addition, details of continuing airworthiness and maintenance programs, airworthiness directives, service bulletins and requirements for modifications are discussed. Students will learn about maintenance documentation, test flights and equipment requirements. )

Analyzes the EU-OPS in general
MEL//CDL; discovers the documents that must be carried in the aircraft
Analyzes in detail the Part-21 provisions related to continuous airworthiness
Classify (a) Maintenance Programs, Maintenance checks and inspections, unless superseded by applicable National and International (EU) requirements
Airworthiness Directives; Service Bulletins, manufacturer service information; Categorizes modifications and repairs.
Maintenance documentation: Categorizes maintenance manuals, structural repair manual, illustrated parts catalogue, etc.
