OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	This course aims to introduce main legislative regulations regarding the Turkish Tourism sector and their fields of application.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Contents of the course include General Principles of Tourism Law, Legislative Regulations for Tourism in Turkey, Laws and Legislations in the Tourism Industry, National and International Tourism Organizations, Consumer Rights in Tourism.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)
Define resources and concepts in Tourism law.
Interpret contents in law and legislation of Society of Travel Agencies.
List concepts of tourism promotion law and promotion facilities.
Distinguish rights from liabilities in the relations between hotel, tourist and travel agency.
