| Objectives of the Course Unit: |
This course aims to raise awareness among students about the increasingly important field of logistics. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: |
The course content covers general information in fundamental areas such as the objectives of foreign trade policy, the tools used to achieve these objectives and the historical process of logistics, the aims and benefits of logistics activities, logistics management, areas of activity, departments in a logistics company, international and local logistics concepts and differences, points to consider when choosing a company for logistics service procurement, logistics management and transportation modes. |
