Objectives of the Course Unit: |
Objective of this course is to teach the students international management theories and current approaches and help them to adapt these in business. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Contents of the course include; international trade theories and cultural differences, international business strategies, organizational structures, international market entry strategies, and human resources management. |
