Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide the student with competence in observing the management theories' historical process, explaining the basic functions of management and analysing the organizational structure of businesses. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic concepts on management, development of management ideas, management functions, organizational structures, motivation in organizations, leadership in organizations, conflict and crisis management in organizations, process of organization development and learning organizations. |
