Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students information to prepare a training plan specific to individual and team sports. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; concepts of performance, the importance of planning in terms of performance, general requirements in planning, relation between loading and recovery, over completion cycle and adaptation, unit training plan and features, meso cycle, psychological over completion, power training periodization, endurance training periodization and planning in team sports. |
