                            | Objectives of the Course Unit: | 
                            Objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge to explain the ergogenic aids used in sports and their usage areas;  to arrange a nutrition program for the training and competition periods taking into consideration the characteristics of the specific sport. | 
                        
                        
                            | Contents of the Course Unit: | 
                            Contents of the course include the body composition and weight balance of the athletes, energy / macro-micro nutritional requirements, nutrition in training, ergogenic aid, sports and nutrition in special situations. |
