Objectives of the Course Unit: |
It is aimed to teach the basics of Civil Engineering and ethical values. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
This course covers general civil engineering topics such as the history of civil engineering, introduction to civil engineering, structural elements and their idealization, introduction to building materials, design, introduction to geotechnical engineering, introduction to transportation engineering, introduction to water resources engineering. |
