OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To introduce the profession and basic subjects of Industrial Engineering to students and to teach the productivity and the basic knowledge in Industrial Engineering.
Contents of the Course Unit: Working Areas of Industrial Engineering, Productivity, Work Study, Motion And Time Study Concepts, Work Measurement, Total Quality Management, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, Production, Facility Layout and Design.
