Objectives of the Course Unit: | The purpose of this course is to teach the importance of damage in insurance and how to manage it, to evaluate the concept of risk, types of risk, and the types of risk seen in insurance companies and their management, and to provide theoretical and practical knowledge related to damage and risk management. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The Concept of Risk in Insurance, Sources of Risk, Classification of Risks, Risks Faced by the Business, Risk Management in Insurance, Functions of the Risk Management Unit, Importance of the Risk Management Unit in the Insurance Sector and Benefits Provided, Challenges Faced by the Risk Management Unit, Claims Management and the Importance of Claims Management in Insurance, Reinsurance, Turkish Insurance in the Process of Harmonization with the European Union |
