OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Ignition systems, auxiliary power unit, Powerplant Supply and Control Components, engine monitoring, engine storage conditions of gas turbine engines used in passenger aircraft are aimed.
Contents of the Course Unit: Fundamentals of Ignition Units in Less Turbine Engines, Typical Engine Monitoring Tools and Quantity Measurement, Fundamentals and Characteristics of Turboprop Engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APU) introduction, Powerplant Installation, Engine Monitoring and Ground Operation, Engine Storage.

Defines Engine Ignition Systems. Engine Indicator Systems Turboprop Engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APU) Powerplant Installation Engine Monitoring and Ground Operation Motor Storage, Enclosure and Protection are learned. Preparation for the Module 15 Exam.
