OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide students with a solid foundation in basic management functions and a scientific perspective that enables them to understand and apply contemporary developments in management science.
Contents of the Course Unit: Basic concepts and definitions related to management and organization, classical, neoclassical, and modern management theories, as well as management functions and processes are examined.
