OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
To ensure that students are knowledgeable about the subject by understanding the basic concepts of organizational behavior and to equip them with the skills they can use in practice. To create scientific awareness among students about organizational behavior. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
The course content covers an introduction to organizational behavior, individuals and personality within organizations, emotions and attitudes, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational motivation, organizational culture, groups and group processes in organizations, leadership and theories of leadership in organizations, communication and conflict in organizations, stress and its management in organizations, power and politics in organizations, organizational learning, and organizational justice. |
