OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Upon entering the workforce, it is essential to gain the ability to conduct fundamental macroeconomic analyses within the scope of the labor market.
Contents of the Course Unit: Labor Supply and the Neo-Classical Approach, Flexibility in Labor Markets, The Development of Wage Theories, Classical Wage Theory, Approaches to the Employment Problem and Employment Policies, Unions and Their Operations.
