OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin Amacı Din tanımı, dinlerin tasnifi, ortak özellikleri, Dinler Tarihi araştırmalarının tarihi ve meseleleri, Uzak Doğu Dinleri, Eski Türk Dini, Zerdüştlük, Sabiilik hakkında tarihleri, mezhepleri, kutsal metinleri, inanç sistemleri, ibadetleri ve diğer dini ritüelleri açılardan akademik, detaylı, karşılaştırmalı ve fenomenolojik bilgi vermek.
Contents of the Course Unit: Din olgusu, İlkel kabile dinleri, Çin milli dinleri, Japon milli dini, Türk İnanışları, Yahudilik, Hristiyanlık, Hristiyanlık ve İkonografik öğeleri, İslamiyet

1) Mevcut din tanımları ve tasnifleri hakkında genel bilgi edinilir ve bu tanımlar ve tasnifler çeşitli açılardan tartışılır. 2) Dinlerin ortak özellikleri üzerinde durulur ve belli başlı din teorileri eleştirilir.3) Bir bilim dalı olarak dinler tarihinin ortaya çıkışı, Dinler Tarihi çalışmalarının tarihi seyri ve başlıca meselelerini hakkında fikir sahibi olunur.4) Dinler hakkında akademik ve detaylı bilgi sahibi olunur.
