OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of wireless networks.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course covers the methods and technologies of wireless communication, classification of wireless networks, wireless network standards, wireless network devices, and wireless network security.

Discuss past and future technologies in wireless networks.
Knows different wireless network standards.
Knows the devices used in wireless networks and their features.
Knows wireless network security methods.
Knows the attack methods on wireless networks and knows the precautions to be taken against these attacks.
