OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Kan ve kan ürünlerinin hazırlanması, korunması, endikasyonları ve komplikasyonları konularına ilişkin bilgi ve tutumların kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Temel Hematoloji Bilgileri ,Anemi ve anemiye yaklaşım,Trombositopeni ve koagulasyon bozuklukları ,Kan ve kan ürünlerinin hazırlanması ve korunması, Kan ve kan ürünleri transfüzyon endikasyonları, Kan ve kan ürünleri transfüzyon komplikasyonları ,Kardiovasküler Cerrahide kanama sorunları ve hemostaz, Kardiovasküler Cerrahide transfüzyon ve reaksiyonları, Antikoagulanlar, Kardiyak cerrahi hastalarında heparin ve protamin uygulamalarını idealize eden yöntemler, Antifibrinolitik ajanların, (aprotinin, epsilon aminokaproik asid) rekombinant FVII preparatlarının kullanımı, Vaka örnekleriyle problem çözme çalışması Vaka örnekleriyle problem çözme çalışması, Kan koruma teknikleri ile ilgili yenilikler ve rehberler
