OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Kan ürünlerini ve kan koruma tekniklerinin öğretilmesine ilişkin bilgi beceri ve tutumların kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Kan ürünleri , Transfüzyon gereksiniminin preoperatif hemostaz sistemi, Koagulasyon faktör eksiklikleri, Trombositopeni ve trombosit fonksiyonları, Kardiyak cerrahi hastalarında heparin ve protamin uygulamalarını idealize eden yöntemler, Kardiyak cerrahi hastalarında heparin ve protamin uygulamalarını idealize eden yöntemlerin koagulan ve antikoagulan sistemler üzerindeki etkileri, Antifibrinolitik ajanların(aprotinin, epsilon aminokaproik asid) rekombinant FVII preparatlarının kullanımı,Pompa dışı koroner arter by-pass cerrahisi yönteminin seçimi,Hücre koruyucu cihazların rutin kullanımı, Uygun transfüzyon endikasyonlarının uygulanması, Kardiyovasküler cerrahideki kanama sorunları, Kan koruma teknikleri ile ilgili kontrollü çalışmalar, yayınlanmış rehberler ve vaka raporları
