OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills about the basic structure and operation mechanisms of all systems that make up the human body.
Contents of the Course Unit: Cells, tissues and systems in the human body mechanisms of the operation.

Explains the concept of homeostasis and physiological regulation mechanism.
Explains the body fluid compartments.
Explains the basic properties of membrane transport mechanisms.
