OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencinin yaşlılığın sosyal boyutunu öğrenmesini ve yaşlılığın sosyal sorunlarına ilişkin değerlendirme yapabilmesini bu dersin temel amacıdır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu derste yaşlılığa bağlı olan makro süreçler, dünyada ve Türkiye’de demografik gelişmeler, ailenin dönüşümü; toplum ve yaşlılık ilişkisi bağlamında sosyalizasyon, yaşlılığa bağlı rol geçişleri ve rol değişimleri, stres ve adaptasyon süreçleri; yaşlılık ve emeklilik bağlamında iş, emeklilik, boş zaman kavramları, yaşlılık politikaları ve uygulamalarına yer verilmektedir.
