OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Sinir sisteminin yapısını, nöral işlevin elektriksel ve kimyasal mekanizmalarını, sinir sisteminin temel organizasyonunu, bölümlerini açıklamak, nörofizyolojik tanı yöntemlerinin temel mekanizmalarını tanımlamaya ilişkin bilgilerin kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Nörofizyolojinin temel mekanizmaları, merkezi ve periferik sinir sisteminin temel çalışma prensipleri, işitme fizyolojisi ile ilgili olan duyu fizyolojisi, işitmenin reseptör ve sinirsel mekanizmaları.

Anatomik ve fizyolojik prensipleriyle işitme mekanizmasını açıklar.
Farklı sistemler arasındaki ilişkileri konuşma algısı ve konuşma üretimi açısından gözden geçirir.
Konuşma süreçlerindeki bozuklukların temel fizyolojik mekanizmalarını tahmin eder.
İşitme ve denge ile ilgili sorunları fizyolojik mekanizmalarla ilişkilendirir.
