OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	It is aimed to gain knowledge of the legislation on the legal regulations on which the social work intervention process is based, and knowledge and attitudes about the qualifications, functioning and structures of the legal regulations related to the social work fields.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Basic concepts of law, basic legal knowledge and concepts related to social work areas, national legislation on social work areas are addressed and legislation-based application information, laws determining the working conditions of social service institutions and organizations and regulations.

Explains the basic law concepts.
Explains the legal regulations used in social work areas.
Uses the resources related to the legal regulation of the problem area in the social service intervention process.
Relates national legislation with the social service intervention process.
Relates national legislation and the functioning of social service institutions and organizations.
Explain the social worker duties and responsibilities determined by the legislation according to the social service areas.
