OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to help students understand the legal rights and responsibilities related to their professional life and social security.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course covers the fundamental concepts of labor and social security law.

In positions responsible for labor relations between employees and employers in the workplace, individuals carry out procedures within the framework of legislation.
They learn how labor and employer relationships will proceed within the framework of the law.
They can prepare a contract of employment.
They understand the rights and obligations related to the types of employment contracts.
They can fulfill the obligations arising from the employment contract.
They can terminate the employment relationship.
They can conduct transactions related to the union.
They can solve all the risks they may encounter in their life within the social security system and Turkish practices.
