OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of the course is to provide the students with the knowledge and skills of interpreting the data obtained as a result of applying and testing the performance tests used to measure motor skills and sporting skills. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; basic concepts related with sportive performance, aerobic fitness tests, anaerobic fitness tests, body strength tests, body composition tests, flexibility tests, agility tests, speed tests, equilibrium tests, reaction time tests, skill tests, evaluation of test results, sportive performance tests, factors affecting the results of test and the circumstances under which test has to be stopped, individual and team sports performance tests, branch-specific test protocols, test reliability and validity. |
