Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of the course is to help students gain the skills to apply free style and breaststroke styles in swimming. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The content of the course includes topics such as pool rules, standards of pool and other facilities, standards of materials used, physical differences between swimming and other branches of sports, breathing exercises, distant swimming in water, parallel standing in water, free style technique, breaststroke style technique. |
