OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Objective of the course to provide the students with the knowledge and skills to apply the fitness exercise movements in accordance with the technique using the necessary equipments.
Contents of the Course Unit: Content of the Course includes definitions and concepts of Fitness, Fitness exercise methods and related movements, Fitness equipment, Fitness and ergonomics, Biomechanics and applied motion analysis, Bar holding types and spot techniques, Posture analysis, Olympic lifting techniques, Positioning of the body in cardiovascular exercises, Breathing techniques and practice in fitness exercises.

Describe the concepts related with fitness.
Explain the selection of appropriate materials depending on exercise types.
Use technical material and equipment for Fitness.
Apply the basic fitness movements with correct technique .
