OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply Pilates Matwork exercises at basic level.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; concepts related with pilates exercises, pilates working principles, introduction of auxiliary materials, their use patterns and pilates exercise applications.

Describe the basic concepts related with Pilates exercises.
Describe the implementation guidelines for support materials.
Uses materials related with Pilates exercise applications.
Apply Pilates Matwork exercises at a basic level.
