Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to help students gain the skills to prepare appropriate exercise plans based on the philosophy of Sports for Everyone, to carry out the planned sport activities for the individuals with different characteristics. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; the definition of Sports for Everyone, its benefits, its expansion, understanding of Sports for Everyone in Turkey and in the world, sport for health, sport for recreation, sport for children, youth, women, the elderly, families and the individuals with disabilities, selection and programming of sportive activity for different stages of development in human life, Outdoor sports, sport in local governments, Basic task, functioning, organizing role of Federation of Sports for Everyone. |
