OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course; to emphasize the importance of communication in interpersonal communication.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course; definition of communication and interpersonal communication concepts, types of interpersonal communication, interpersonal communication codes, conflict and empathy, listening.

Lists the communication process.
Explains communication and interpersonal communication concepts.
Compare verbal and nonverbal communication codes.
