OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course; to emphasize the importance of communication in interpersonal communication.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course; definition of communication and interpersonal communication concepts, types of interpersonal communication, interpersonal communication codes, conflict and empathy, listening.
