OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with the knowledge to define and classify the properties of materials and to explain the atomic structure and sequence errors.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects of defining the properties of materials, classification, learning the types of materials, atomic structures and defects, being able to perform tests of iron-containing and iron-free materials, defining, properties and classification of composite materials, definition of Corrosion, types and reasons, next generation materials commonly used in aircrafts.
