OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to enable students to define and explain Air operations, EU-OPS, Air Operators Certificates, MEL//CDL Continuous Airworthiness and Maintenance documentation when necessary environment is provided.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include subjects of Air operations, Aircraft Maintenance Program Airworthiness Directives for the authorized personnel who are authorized to work in the aircraft maintenance (which approves the aircraft to be serviced after maintenance).

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Explain EU-OPS in general.
MEL//CDL; Define the documents required to be kept inside the aircraft.
Explain the provisions of Part-21 regarding continuous airworthiness in detail. (
Explain Part-M in detail.
Explain (a) Maintenance Programs, Maintenance checks and inspections if the requirements of Current National and International Requirements (AB) have not replaced these.
Explain Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, manufacturer service information, Modifications and repairs.
Explain Maintenance Documentation, Maintenance manuals, structural repair manuals, illustrated parts catalogue, etc
