OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencilerin üretim yönetimine ilişkin temel kavramları tanıması( Üretim işlemleri, verimlilik, ürün dizaynı, küresel ortamda işlemler stratejisi, toplam kalite yönetimi, iş süreç stratejisi, kuruluş yeri, iş yeri yerleşim düzenleri, envanter yönetimi vb..) ve gelişim süreçlerini kavraması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu ders; üretim sistemleri ve ürün tasarımı, kuruluş yeri seçimi, işletme büyüklüğü, iş yeri düzeni, iş analizleri, üretim planlaması, stok yönetimi ve kalite kontrolü gibi konular içermektedir.
