| Objectives of the Course Unit: |
Bu derste proje seçimi, projelerin organizasyonu, kapsam, zaman ve maliyetlerini tanımlayabilme, planlayabilme ve yönetme yeteneğini geliştirme amacıyla proje yönetiminin temel ilkelerini ele almak amaçlanmaktadır. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: |
Dersin içeriği; proje yönetimine giriş, proje yönetiminin organizasyonu, proje yönetiminde haberleşme proje yönetiminde yönetim yeteneklerinin geliştirilmesi, projelerde optimal kaynak kullanımı, planlama kavramı ve özellikleri, insan faktörünün zihinsel ve bedensel açıdan değerlendirilmesi / projede görev dağılımı, kaynaklar (finans, işgücü, donanım, vb.) açısından proje değerlendirilmesi, proje yönetiminde kullanılan başlıca teknikler, projelerde kalite yönetimi, proje yönetiminde sorunlar ve giderilmesi konularından oluşmaktadır. |
