Objectives and Contents

Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to choose the field they want to specialize in the food and beverage sector and experience what they have learned in the courses.
Content: Students complete their experiences in real business life during the summer term in hotels, restaurants, holiday villages, clubs, theme parks, air-food establishments, corporate food production companies or on a cruise ship under the supervision of academics and internship coordinator.
