Objectives and Contents

Content: Recent innovations in nutritional and cancer-diet relationships and complex diseases, individual genetic differences and dietary responses, metabolic syndromes, functional foods and nutraceuticals, functional nutrigenomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic, nutrigenomic technology and the effects of nutrition on molecular physiology applications.
