Objectives: This course introduces students to the concept of advertising, theories and principles and aims to create the necessary infrastructure for a successful advertising application.
Content: The contents of the course include the subjects such as definition and historical development of advertising, concepts related to advertising, demographic factors and advertising relation, psychological factors and advertising relationship, socio-cultural factors and advertising, advertising theories, types of advertisements, the structure of advertising agencies, advertising design process, advertising campaign process and the media planning process of the advertisement.
