Content: | The content of the course includes information on training and body building, exercise physiology and anatomy, weight and fitness training methods for body development, body building competition rules, flexibility, mobility and balance skills development methods, nutrition principles for bodybuilding athletes, training planning and periodicity and competition preparation stages. |
